Here at GXO, we’re looking for Inventory Administrators to join our team in Northampton. Supporting us in the ‘go-live’ of a brand-new Toolstation operation, you’ll be working on an ‘any 5 from 7’ shift pattern, 2 weekly rotating - 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Update & maintain inventory records, providing analysis on inventory trends where required
  • Conduct cyclical and periodic stock counts, reporting any discrepancies
  • Investigate and provide answers to any customer or supplier stock queries
  • Ensure that all health & safety practices are followed in line with company procedure


What you need to succeed at GXO:


  • Previous inventory and warehouse systems experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Good attention to detail, with the ability to provide an analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
  • The ability to lean and adapt to new systems & processes
