• Working across departments to manage seasonal samples and liaise with our regional offices with local and international send outs and sample returns.
• Manage all sample shipments, domestic & international to an excellent standard.
• Responsible for caring for all WRTW samples to a couture level standard and presenting a consistent knowledge of each collection.
• Assist the Press team with all PR related events- Press days, lookbook shoots and seasonal projects.
• Working well within a Head Office team, directly supporting the Womenswear Press Coordinator and Senior Press Officer, Womenswear as part of the wider Press team.
• Assisting with relevant admin documentation for the Womenswear and Accessories team, including seasonal documentation and managing Fashion GPS to ensure all samples are logged correctly.
• Work closely with internal departments such as the design studio and production for sample needs.
• Work with the editorial Work Placement student to ensure all coverage for the category is saved correctly.
• Manage the day to day running of the press office, ensuring stationary and send out supplies are replenished. Ad-hoc duties required depending on the daily needs of the team.

• Degree in a related discipline (PR / Communications), preferred but not required
• Previous work experience in a fast paced, demanding, and agile PR department
• Experience with software such as Fashion GPS.
• Knowledge of FedEx, DHL, UPS and other shipment /courier companies to a high standard preferred.
• Proactive with a high level of attention to detail
