DESCRIPTION

B.I. Electrical Services (NI) Ltd is a long-established, energetic company growing rapidly in the Electrical and renewable energy markets. Due to this continued growth and recent new contracts, we are looking to recruit Commercial Plumbers to join our team. Applicants must be experienced in Repairs (diagnostics and completion), Servicing and Installation of a range of Commercial gas boilers, within office buildings and high-rise residential blocks. This a customer facing role and therefore would suit a candidate with great communications skills.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities for Commercial Engineers:

• At all times, be aware of and adhere to the requirements of the Company’s Health & Safety at Work Policy.
• Carry out the servicing, maintenance, diagnostics breakdown repairs and installations of a variety of gas boiler manufacturers and appliances and systems, efficiently and to a high standard.
• The role will incorporate:
• Installation, service and repair of gas boilers, pumps
• Completing “Landlord Gas Safety Record” (LGSR's) checks

Qualifications

The candidate is required to hold one or more of the qualifications listed below:

• Recognised NVQ Level 3 qualification
• Commercial Gas qualification (Gas Safe)
• OFTEC Registered
• Relevant ACS, OFTEC or current ACOP’s equivalent qualifications
• CCN1, CEN1, WAT1 & LPG, CKR1 and HTR1, OFTEC (Permanent dwellings)
