Front of House Staff

We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our motivated and experienced team.

Greenlands Farm Village is a multi-site proposition with our Open Farm, Farm Shop, Café & Soft Play Centre with BIG plans for future development … we need the right staff to help our dreams become reality!!

All departments are fast paced and customer focused with an emphasis on happy, healthy and motivated staff working in clean, clear and compliant workspaces with a training and mentoring programme to ensure the delivery of our short, medium and long term development plans.

We are building the Greenlands Farm Village of the future and are looking to recruit:

Front of House Bar/Waiting Staff

All candidates must be comfortable in customer facing roles. Personality and a willingness to learn & adapt is very important. Family friendly hours are available, no split shifts, weekends and school holidays will be required.

Pay rates are available on request and are dependant on age and experience, we are building for our long term future and are offering above living wage from outset with a clear structure for improvement.
