As a Systems data coordinator, you will support the Cellar service purpose by Helping great people in great pubs serve great beer by ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and support for our customers through maintaining accurate data that enhances the Greene king offering.

Your role as a system data coordinator

• Develop and maintain the accuracy of the Cellar Service systems to ensure the information is accurately reported to support business improvements in Cellar Service and Sales Opportunities in Free trade
• Align sales information to maintain accurate records to deliver visible service responsibility protecting cost
• Provide data information to deliver accurate reporting of invoicing costs
• Maintain and protect asset information to enhance recovery abilities for Greene King & its partners, highlighting leads and changes in customers’ habits
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal customers, understanding their needs and expectations. Resolve escalated issues and provide timely and practical solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Support operational projects to support change and the evolution of the department
