Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our fast-growing company. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational functions to ensure the efficient and effective running of the business. The ideal candidate will have work experience in the energy sector, although this is not essential.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective operational strategies and processes

- Oversee and manage daily operations

- Integrate with all functions of the business – working closely with sales, marketing, franchisees and accounts

- Ensure high levels of operational efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction

- Manage personnel, including hiring, training and performance evaluation

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans and strategies

- Monitor key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve operations

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and partners

Essential Requirements:

- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience using data to drive decision making

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
