Position Overview & Specifications
The post holder will be integral in delivering psychosocial interventions and supported activities in the community to these service users as part of their time at Hollybank, as well as liaising with their carers/families to provide support as part of their stay.
The HBT are committed to supporting and developing support workers and aim to offer additional training and development opportunities to staff within the team.
The post holder will work as part of the multi-disciplinary team within HBT, feeding back progress and any concerns as part of the daily MDT meetings. When Hollybank beds or the listening lounge are not in use, the post holder will be expected to support Salford HBT in home visits for others on the caseload, providing this client group with psychosocial interventions and education alike.
The post holder will be required to work 37.5 hours a week including day shifts, night shifts, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
