Position Overview & Specifications
The executive assistant is to assist the director in his/her work. The focus of the work includes advice, advice, execution, coordination, and auxiliary management.
Job Requirements
1. Graduate degree or above in administrative management, business management, journalism and other related majors, overseas prestigious universities are preferred;
2. Possess certain work experience as a public relations manager, executive assistant or secretary;
3. Have good business etiquette quality, dignified and decent image, good overall quality, and strong language expression ability;
4. Have good communication, coordination and public relations skills, be able to organize, plan and arrange related meeting affairs, and be able to accurately record and organize meetings;
5. Have good copywriting skills and English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and participate in foreign-related business and outreach work communication;
6. Have a clear professional awareness, understand what to do and what not to do;
7. Have good physical quality, psychological quality and professional ethics.
Duties
1. Assist the director in the coordination and communication of counterpart related affairs, relationship maintenance and information docking;
2. Assist the director in handling the public relations of the government, industry, and foreign affairs, and the disclosure of related information;
3. Assist the director to participate in the negotiation of transactional projects, collect related industry business information, and provide evidence and analysis opinions;
4. Write emails, official documents, reports and other documents
5. Handle information related to various channels such as phone calls, emails, and faxes of the director's office, and achieve reasonable filtering and correct communication;
6. Be responsible for the reception of relevant visitors, and act as an interpreter when necessary;
7. Assist the director in arranging daily work itinerary, travel arrangements, etc., arrange business meetings and make meeting minutes.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,700.00-£32,000.00 per year
