Warehouse Driver

Role: Warehouse Driver

Location: Darnall, Sheffield

Pay: £9.90ph

The role:

– Load company vehicles in organised and efficient manner to ensure no stock damage and to minimise delivery time

– Ensure safe and correct delivery of an order to customers premises and visually checks the stock is in good condition before obtaining a proof of delivery signature from chemist

– Ensures any difference in goods leaving the depot as opposed to those recorded on journey sheet is authorised by a supervisor and annotated on the manifest

– Assist in preparing orders for delivery including picking, checking and packing

– Assist in all aspects of production within the warehouse as delegated by the management team

– Ensures controlled drug, secure line items and temperature-controlled returns are immediately given to a supervisor for correct handling

– Completes daily vehicle inspection sheet and ensures the company vehicle is maintained to a safe and legal standard

– Assists in maintaining a safe and clean working environment

– Adhere to GDPR standards

The successful candidate:

– Good geographical knowledge

– The ability to complete the required documentation correctly and efficiently

– Flexible approach to work

– Able to plan and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
