Picker / Kitting - Suitcase Factory

We are looking for people to Interview and Start Immediately!!

Come and be part of a team making high end luxury suitcases ready to be shipped around the world! All our suitcases are handcrafted in our Hoddesdon Factory. We are looking for craftsmen and craftswomen who want a chance to learn a craft and skill that not many will possess.

We are Looking for someone to join our Kitting department.

• Working in a small team in the Kitting Department
• Picking and kitting parts ready for the assembly line
• Working from a spec to pick and kit the correct parts
• Picking Experience desirable
• Ability to work to deadlines & under pressure
• The ability to work accurately and pay meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-motivation, being able to work on your own initiative.
• Good organisation, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Great communication skills, written and verbal

This role not for you? We have lots of roles in various parts of the Factory.

The Preparation Team, produce leather parts ready for Suitcase Assembly. A hands on making process learning skills such as making handles, Inking, stitching, splitting leather. The Assembly Line then put together our suitcases using original manufacturing methods and machinery that date back to the Victorian era.

No experience? Not a problem. We will provide training so you will be an expert in no time!
