Position Overview & Specifications

We are seeking an enthusiastic, all-round office star to aid in the day-to-day running of the reception and marketing departments of our high-growth company. The ideal candidate will have a positive, engaging manner and be consistently hardworking and proactive.

To be successful in this position you will be a self-starter with strong communication skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified (Business, Marketing, Communications or Advertising)
  • Good understanding of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with a confident phone manner
  • Enthusiastic and friendly manner, ability to work within a team
  • An excellent eye for detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Hardworking, independent, and proactive
  • High level of computer literacy including familiarity with Social Media platforms / Excel / Word / PowerPoint / SurveyMonkey
  • Experience with Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator / GIMP / CANVA or similar
  • Past work experience in marketing or admin is desired

Responsibilities: 50% split over two functions

Marketing (50% of your time):

  • Supporting the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
  • Providing market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
  • Composing and posting online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
  • Assisting in the design/distribution of fortnightly newsletters and information
  • Producing marketing literature to strengthen the company’s presence in the market
  • Reporting on the website and social media KPIs and analytics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyse trends
  • Providing fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of content
  • Coordinating and maintaining all branded merchandise, including inventory management, and ensuring that all new merchandise meets the firms brand guidelines
  • Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
  • Responding to marketing queries via phone, email, or social media

Reception (50% of your time):

  • Answering the phone
  • Booking Appointments
  • Taking payments
  • Replying to emails
  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Ordering
  • General admin duties
