We are looking for a Diagnostic/CT Radiographer to join the team at our centre based in Maidstone on a bank/casual basis.
As a Diagnostic/CT Radiographer, you will be required to provide a professional, patient-centred approach and high-quality scanning services in accordance to the standards set out by the company.

What you’ll do:
Key areas for the role:
- Follow all duties as a health and care professions council (HCPC) registrant (standards of conduct, performance and ethics).
- Follow all health and care professions council (HCPC) standards of proficiency.
- Ensure that all staff follow clinical protocols, policies and procedures and operate in full compliance.
Your key responsibilities:
- Liaise closely with the multi-disciplinary team.
- Ensure that all staff maintain safe and effective working practices, including the operation of equipment and systems in use.
- Ensure that all patients experience the highest levels of service, in line with the agreed expectations for scanning within GenesisCare centres.
- Ensure that the unit maintains accurate and complete records of patient treatments, in line with the agreed processes within GenesisCare.
- Ensure that GenesisCare clinical audit, radiation protection and quality assurance requirements are met.
- Ensure that compliments are recorded alongside any incidents or complaints that are also thoroughly and properly investigated, and that the necessary safeguards are taken to prevent recurrence.
- To adhere to all HCPC standards.
- Pro-actively maintain own continuing professional development (CPD) in accordance with GenesisCare and HCPC professional standards.
What you’ll have:
Experience and skills:
- Experience in all aspects of diagnostic imaging to a very high level of competence
- Evidence of empathetic and a holistic approach to patient care
- Experience in private health sector
- Good experience with resolving complaints satisfactorily
- Sound understanding of governance
- A wide range of clinical skills
- Evidence of effective organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to make independent judgments/decisions, ability to solve problems
- Able to work flexibly to achieve GenesisCare business objectives
Qualifications and Knowledge:
- DCR (DR) or BSc (Hons) or equivalent in Diagnostic Radiography
- HCPC registration
- Evidence of continuing professional development
