Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

• Report to Plasma Lead Mechanic / Cell Leader.

• Perform Plasma operations I.A.W. OEM manuals, including Masking, Grit Blasting, Plasma Spraying and Demasking.

• Operating robotic thermal spray machines and PLC grit blast machines.

• Complete documentation I.A.W. Company quality procedures.

• Understand and conform to EHS/COSHH requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to a challenging and changing environment.

• Enthusiastic with a positive attitude to learning Plasma processes.

• Experience of Plasma processes would be an advantage but not essential.

• Awareness of EH&S, Quality & Production requirements.

• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative when required.

• Awareness of production requirements within Component Repair.

• All staff are expected to display a mature and positive attitude.

• All staff are expected to carry out any other tasks as may be reasonably requested by supervisor/management.
