Roles and Responsibilities

• A first point of contact for employees & managers providing a broad range of HR support to both training, recruitment, case management, absence management and general employee advice.
• Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
• Previous experience of working within a HR department is required
• Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults HR Managers within the team for support
• Collaborates with others to solve issues.
• Handles simple data entry work across HRIS platforms with strong Microsoft Excel skills required.

Required Qualifications

• This role requires basic experience in the Human Resources & Employee Human Resource Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
