Security Receptionist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Receptionist to join our security team at a high-profile petrochemical plant in Grangemouth. As a Security Receptionist you will be the first port-of-call in welcoming guests to site and will work Monday - Friday days.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the building respectively at 7am and 5pm
• Completing daily scheduled patrols of the building and carpark
• Monitoring the Reception inbox, answering incoming calls and responding to all queries
• Booking of meeting rooms
• Taking and distributing of deliveries for site hubs
• Booking visitors in via the visitor log and issuing temporary passes
• Meeting and greeting VIP guests
• Maintaining a high standard of dress and deportment at all times
• Providing excellent customer service

About you

You will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. A good IT knowledge is also key. You must be flexible and available to work on a Monday - Friday shift pattern, with the occasional need for travel. It would be a benefit to have some security experience and your SIA licence, however it’s not essential, as we provide full SIA (Security Industry Authority) licence training.

Please note, due to the nature of this role you will need to hold a Driving Licence and have access to your own vehicle.
