Graduate PHP Backend Developer

Our company is expanding the in-house development team and now looking for a backend developer to join us. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dartford (Kent) with hybrid work offered from the start with the potential for full remote if everything works out.

Responsibilities include maintaining, producing, and modifying customer-facing websites, internal web applications, and several internal APIs.

The ideal candidate should possess a clear understanding and hands-on experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel preferred), Javascript (vanilla + at least one of Vue/Angular/React), HTML/CSS, SQL, RESTful APIs, and basic experience with Git.

We are looking for an effective communicator with an honest, respectful, and calm demeanour. Candidates must be residents of the UK and must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).

Note: As the job title says if you are a recent university graduate, this job will suit you - you are more than welcome to apply. However, if you only have a few coding bootcamps under your belt your portfolio needs to be on point.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £27,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
