Responsibilities

  • Focussing on customer needs and satisfaction, order processing, confirmations, packing requirements, pricing, forecasting whilst delivering high standard of customer service.
  • Managing customer enquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively and escalate as required being first line response.
  • Monitoring customers’ orders in line with delivery requirements effectively to meet department and organisational goals.
  • Liaising with internal departments Sales, Warehouse, Quality, Finance and controlling teams and project stakeholders to achieve the best outcome.
  • Analysing data to anticipate and avoid potential problems and suggest improvements.
  • Conducting regular analysis of product lifecycle, competitor activities and new market opportunities.
  • Producing weekly analysis reports e.g. forecasting, customer & market trends to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Previous Customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to influence.
  • Proficient experience of working with SAP Microsoft office and Outlook.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
  • Innovation: Drives and supports innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions.
  • Drive & Execution: Proactively identifies what needs to be done and takes action. Explores new ways and pursues new opportunities.
