Group Financial Controller Job Description

Located: Candidate choice of Ripon, Leeds, Gargrave

Fresh Mango Technologies is seeking a financial controller with the following responsibilities.

• Preparation of monthly management accounts to deadlines
• Processing and issuing all regular monthly, quarterly and annual invoices
• Processing and issuing all Project related invoices
• Processing and issuing all ad hoc invoices
• Handling invoice queries and issuing copy invoices as and when required
• Daily banking and cash posting
• Credit Control; Bad debt analysis and expediting
• Supplier invoices – posting, payment and querying as necessary
• Payroll
• Payment of Suppliers
• Daily Cashflow reporting
• Daily bank reconciliation
• VAT preparation and payment

The role will cover two businesses – Fresh Mango UK and Fresh Mango in the British Virgin Islands. Therefore experience of dealing with non-Sterling denominated currencies, as well as inter-company trading, is preferred.

You must be able to demonstrate:

• In-depth use and knowledge of QuickBooks Online or equivalent
• Credit Control experience
• Attention to detail
• Working to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Great team player with an inquisitive nature

You must be IT literate and familiar with CRM system usage. You will need to become familiar with the products and services in our business, training will be provided as necessary.

40 hours per week, full-time, permanent position.

Salary: Up to £36k depending on background and experience.
