The role of the Marketing PA is to support the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Marketing Operations in their day-to-day work.

The Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Marketing Operations are responsible for the delivery of all marketing across Frasers Group. This encompasses Sport, Premium and Luxury within the business.

The Marketing PA will be privy to sensitive information and should therefore act with discretion and be able to handle sensitive matters professionally. They should be able to sport clashes, issues that may arise and flag them at the right time. They must be a self-starter and keen to learn. The appointed person will often be the first point of call for brand partners e.g. Nike, Adidas, Gucci, Balenciaga, Lacoste, Levis etc. as well as the wider Frasers Group team and senior management and should embody Frasers Group brand values.

This is an opportunity to start to learn the marketing ropes and work in an exciting and dynamic marketing team alongside the most senior members of the marketing team.

The main function of this role includes:

• Diary & meeting management
• Contract management
• International travel coordination
• Email responses and organisation
• Keynote & PowerPoint presentations
• Event coordination
• Supporting Wider Marketing Team
• Raising and Settling Invoices
• Completing Expenses for CMO and wider marketing team using SAP Concur
• Setting up Suppliers for Payment
• Managing deliveries, outgoing post, and courier services for CMO and Heads of Marketing Team
• Minute taking during Weekly meetings where applicable

• Previous experience working as a Marketing Assistant or PA
• Stella organisational skills
• Excellent IT skills including use of Keynote and Powerpoint
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Sense of humour
• Interpersonal Skills
