Business Applications Support Analyst

Four Marketing Group was founded over 20 years ago and consists of a number of businesses, with the mainstay of its work in wholesale sales, agency representation and distribution.

We are currently recruiting for a Business Applications Support Analyst to join the Group Operations department in our Market Road, London Head Office on a permanent, full-time basis.

The successful Business Applications Support Analyst will be responsible for providing end user support, monitoring system applications, responding to business queries and resolving any technical application issues.

The Business Applications Support Analyst will also provide assistance in developing training material and provide regular information regarding system updates and business changes to a variety of business stakeholders.

As a Business Applications Support Analyst, you will:

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, specifically with a focus on providing technical client support within a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central working environment
• Have in-house experience in working effectively with project stakeholders within multiple departments
• Have previous experience working as a key individual within a wider team, including with senior management, to deliver change effectively
• Have diagnostic capabilities and a solution-focused approach
• Have previous systems implementation and integration experience
