Demi Chef de Partie

Responsibilities

As Chef de Partie, you will hold a leadership position within the kitchen department, reporting to our Executive Sous Chef. It is your responsibility for supervising the day-to-day running of you section within the main Kitchen team with a big focus on Banqueting and In-room dining.

This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in all areas of preparation and service, with excellent potential to mentor a passionate, developing team. As a leader in the kitchen, it is your responsibility to excite, surprise and make every day magical for both our guests and team.
