Foundry Project are is having a great year so far and we are looking for new Waiting Staff to join our team.

Our Foundry’s are home to our smoked cocktails, local craft beers and we consider ourselves to be specialists at serving ‘dirty’ burgers and wood-fired pizzas using the freshest ingredients. Each site has a unique industrial feel, showcasing our artisan approach to the style of food and drink we serve, the perfect setting for a bustling drinking and dining experience.

As a member of our Waiting Staff in Foundry Project, you will be passionate about making our customer’s experiences memorable. You’ve tested out all of our ‘dirty’ burgers and wood-fired pizzas, so you know what to recommend and you’ll know that there is always room for dessert!

We’re always genuine and we don’t take ourselves too seriously so we are looking for genuine people with a great personality to be part of our team in Edinburgh. Experience is necessary as is a sense of humour and a willingness to work hard, we are looking for people who want to take the next step in the industry.

Each new starter will undertake an intense training program and we will be here to help you every step of the way...but you'll get some really exciting perks along your journey too!
