Supervisor

Supervisor Permanent Contract for 24hrs a week.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join Flying Tiger Copenhagen Northampton Rushden Lakes!

Must be fully flexible to work Monday - Sundays.

Must be available to work from 0700am to support with deliveries until the store closes in the evening.

Additional overtime is available.

Key holder Responsibilities

A Supervisor at Flying Tiger Copenhagen supports the Store and Deputy Manager in the efficient running of the store. It's a hands-on role that involves ensuring the shop floor is well-presented and replenished to maximize sales, the warehouse is organised and the store team undertake their duties whilst delivering friendly customer service.

A Flying Tiger Copenhagen Supervisor is both creative and practical. They are adept at prioritizing, multi-tasking and implementing the Store/Deputy Manager's directive. They have fantastic people skills, are flexible and positive in their approach, manage and empower others and have excellent organisational, operational and stock management skills.
