Weekend General Customer Assistants

We are looking outgoing and friendly people to join our fast growing Flowerland Garden Centre and join our growing team at both Flowerland Iver and Bourne End in Buckinghamshire helping to work over our weekends working Saturday 9am - 6pm and Sunday 10am -4.30pm.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for people with excellent communication skills and ideally someone who has worked within a fast paced retail environment.

We are looking for outgoing and friendly people who can multitask and who can help across all our departments, from our foodhall and restaurant, garden & furniture, home & lifestyle and indoor and outdoor plant areas.

Happy to assist in our Cafe and restaurant during busy periods or when required. We need people who are dynamic and enjoy multitasking and eager to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Working with managers and various key team members of our Flowerland family and to help with the smooth running of the Garden centre

Greet and serve customers, always putting our customers first.

Usage of our tills & serving customers always ensuring our centre is kept to the highest standard.

Multitask and willing to help out when required during busy periods.

Training provided across all departments and find out where you would like to grow and develop with us which could lead to a long career at Flowerland.

Able to work outside at times weather permitting!

Salary: £7.78-£11.09 per hour

• Buckinghamshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
