First 4 Repairs are a maintenance and refurbishment company. Established in 2015 we cover all aspects of property maintenance including kitchen and bathroom upgrades, response repairs, planned works, minor works and voids for local authorities, housing associations, and private customers.

We are looking for candidates who have either a trade qualification or experience in undertaking decorating work. They should be able to work within a team or on their own, work safely inline with the company health and safety policy, and provide excellent customer service and standards of work. Previous experience of working in the construction industry, responsive maintenance or social housing would be beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time - working predominantly in Somerset and Wiltshire

Salary: Up to - £12.50 per hour

Working Hours - 42.5hrs Monday to Friday
