The brand new 5 * NICI Hotel & Spa on Bournemouth’s sea front, are looking for experienced, professional and capable Waiters and Waitresses to join their dynamic team of waiting staff.

Do you have previous experience as a waiter or waitress or excellent customer service skills within some other kind of hotel or luxury service or hospitality environment?

The Waiter or Waitress Role

As a Waiter or Waitress your duties will be to provide guests with an enjoyable and memorable dining experience when using the hotel restaurant facilities.

You will have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence. Knowledge of restaurant ticketing systems would be a distinct advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.

Requirements:

• Experience of working in a front of house role is necessary
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English
• The very best customer service skills and approach is essential
• Understanding of what service standards are required in a luxury hospitality venue
• Knowledge of restaurant ticketing systems would be an advantage
