High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapist

Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 per annum FTE

Contract Type: Permanent

Contract Hours: Full or part time considered

If you are a qualified, BABCP accredited and experienced High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, then Faversham Counselling Service invites you to apply for this rewarding role. We are looking for an individual who can bring something original to the organisation and think outside of the box and who can work autonomously whilst being a team player within a supportive and welcoming company that appreciates hard work but also allows you to see the rewards in client outcomes.

What will the role include?:

· Deliver evidence based High Intensity CBT interventions recommended by NICE guidelines to clients with depression and/or anxiety disorders, including in the context of long-term physical health conditions.

· Offering a wide range of treatments, including online and in person treatments, treatment groups and workshops/ webinars.

· Undertake accurate assessments of risks to self and others.

· Helping those people at their most vulnerable time and providing them with the tools and support to feel better.

· Working collaboratively with you to develop innovative solutions to meet access trajectories, recovery and KPIs.

· Supporting or conducting group sessions.

· Attend and contribute to staff and role meetings, forums, clinical skills and case management supervision sessions, training courses, seminars and workshops.
