Operations Manager

To provide operational support to the Head, the Senior Leadership Team, and other senior leaders within the school, and to be responsible for the efficient and robust delivery of the operation and administrative functions in the school including HR, Procurement and facilities (including lettings), ensuring the smooth running of the school.

This is an exciting new role reflecting the continuing growth and development of the school. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our service delivery for key stakeholders is of the highest standard befitting an aspirational environment. We are very much a family school, so effective management of our people is of paramount importance, and is a key aspect of this role. You will be a team player with a willingness to participate fully in the life of our school, and to be willing to take the initiative to improve standards and add value to the school.
