Position Overview & Specifications

Trainee Project Analyst & Coordinator required for a Cost Procurement Consultancy. You will be joining a small Multi-Award Winning Team who is focussed on delivering cost-saving projects in the telecoms sector.

You will be accountable for:

- Managing and delivering multiple concurrent projects to a high standard and on time

- Building strong rapport with supplier & client stakeholders

- Profiling clients’ current expenditure, running tenders and analysing and presenting findings

- Organising and running meetings with clients and suppliers

- Maintaining and monitoring project plans & schedules

- Following & complying with agreed project methodology and processes

- Working with UK & International (especially USA) clients, therefore adhoc USA hours will be necessary

Whilst training will be provided you MUST possess the following attributes to excel within the Team:

- High attention to detail is critical (numerical and written)

- Be able to drive multiple projects through to completion, whilst meeting deadlines

- Ability to spot errors/anomalies in reports and data

- Must be highly organised and able to work in a structured way

- Self-motivated and have a willingness to learn

- Ability to follow agreed process/methodology, but also think outside the box

- Able to forward plan work and pre-empt potential issues from arising

- Exceptional written and presentation skills

- Strong numerical skills

The following are desirable skills:

- MS Office experience especially Excel

- Be able to build a strong rapport with people

- Ability to deliver projects with exceptional Customer Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £25,000.00 per year
