We are actively seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join the 3AA Rosette Camellia Restaurant to help create happiness in amazing places by ensuring our guests receive a rapturous welcome whilst enjoying our dining experiences. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner are served at our guest’s convenience, whether formally in the hotel, or alfresco on the terrace, or picnic in the grounds.

Lots to do but lots of fun

As a Food and Beverage Assistant you will be responsible for Mise-en-Place ensuring that restaurants have sufficient quantities of cutlery and crockery for service and making sure the restaurant is prepared to entertain our guests. During the course of service you will support and assist the restaurant team with the delivery of food from the kitchen to the appropriate section.

• Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Assistant / Waiter ideally gained in a similar environment.
• An interest, and appreciation of fine food & wine
• Confident communicator – important to liaise with your guests and your other team members.
