The role

• Work with our VP Operations to manage various aspects of our commercial and business operations.
• Design, implement and operate key commercial and business processes.
• Analyse data and formulate insights that help us improve performance and efficiency.

Core skills

• 1+ years of experience working in an operations or similar capacity, ideally in a start-up environment.
• Experience working with spreadsheets.
• A structured approach to problem-solving.
• Being organised and proactive.
• Good writing and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience of any of the following: recruiting/HR, business development, customer support, legal work, finance/accounting, procurement.
• Experience working with a CRM system (in particular, Hubspot).
• Additional language skills (esp. Spanish/French/German).
• Demonstrable research experience (e.g. advanced degree or previous work experience/internships).
• A bias for action: You don't let “perfect” become the enemy of “good enough”.
