This is an excellent opportunity for a Regional Operations Manager to lead our branches across our East Midlands Region (Encompassing Coventry, Nuneaton, Burton on Trent, Grantham, Corby, Kings Lynn, Leicester, Loughborough, Peterborough, and Tamworth). You will provide effective operational management and control to allocated branches in order to achieve Eurocell Plc requirements in terms of operating costs, health & safety and the long term well-being of the business.

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing your team of Branch Managers to drive sales, growth and profit, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance across your region whilst driving the operational performance.

WHAT OUR REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGERS DO:

• Oversee a number of trade branches across the area
• Encourage the region’s branch management team to develop trade counter business to optimise sales and market share growth
• Responsible for the regions performance against company KPI targets
• Ensure development of the customer service and management of the branches
• Identify health and safety hazards and issues in the region’s branches
• Ensure daily rolling stock checks are completed within the branches
• Carry out interviews for new employees
• Undertake bi-annual internal audits within the branches as per company requirements

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR BRANCH MANAGERS:

• A full, valid driving licence is essential
• Strong track record of multi-site branch and team management
• Previous experience within the building / industrial supplies sector could be an advantage
• Proven track record in sales and performance management
• Strong people management skills, with excellent communication and motivational skills
• SAP experience could be a distinct advantage
• Self-motivated, target orientated, proactive in approach with solid commercial acumen
• Strong implementer who can take appropriate action from a set of agreed plans, data & processes
• Driven and enthusiastic with an ability to inspire and motivate others
• A “can do”, solution-focussed outlook
