Accounts Payable

Esteemed Life Care Coventry are expanding their team and are looking to hire an invoice and accounts payable team member.

THIS ROLE IS OFFICE BASED

About the role:

• You will be responsible in ensuring the supplier and container invoices are paid correctly and on time
• You will be responsible for the weekly purchase invoices
• You will maintaining accurate records and filing of these invoices
• Anything else required in your role to assist with the finance team.

About you:

• Experience with paying invoices
• Experience in various areas of finance
• Confident in using various IT systems
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible to change
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

Salary: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
