Position Overview & Specifications
- ESP manufacture and supply sealing and polymer products to a wide variety of equipment manufacturers across numerous industry sectors including HVAC, off-highway, food & beverage, automotive, rail, pharmaceutical, life-sciences, defence, and oil & gas.
- Located in our production facility in Warrington the position operates within a highly dynamic yet structured team.
- The successful candidate will facilitate the manufacture of compression moulded sealing products and other items from a range of materials, including high end perfluouroelastomers, by working within a team of operatives to ensure sufficient resource is available to meet customer requirements.
- To operate compression moulding presses and other related equipment for production purposes.
- To maximise stock usage as per manufacturing instructions.
- Carry out in process visual inspection of all components.
- To carry out any required product packaging as per instructions.
- Use ERP system to input working hours and stock consumption.
- To carry out all processes in the times indicated in manufacturing instructions and production schedules.
- Responsible to maintaining the safety of your working environment, contributing to the maintenance of health & safety in the workplace.
- Be responsible for your health and safety and have a duty of care for others around you within your working environment.
- Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are followed and identify risks.
- Ensuring good housekeeping for an efficient working environment.
- To work within the guidelines of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- To carry out any other duties as instructed and as laid down in your contract of employment.
