WASTE MANAGEMENT OPERATIVE

Join Enviro Kleen, Fife's leading recycling and waste management company, as a Waste Management Operator. We are seeking a motivated individual with a good attitude towards work and a strong interest in recycling.

The ideal candidate will have excellent timekeeping and attendance, good initiative and common sense, and the ability to closely follow instructions and company policies. You should also have a pleasant and approachable manner, be capable of working independently and as part of a team, and be physically healthy enough to bend, lift, and manhandle items.

This is a permanent position following a successful three-month probationary period during which timekeeping, attendance, attitude, and performance will be closely monitored. The position is full-time with 40 hours per week, and a starting salary of £21,673.60 per annum for those aged 25 and over. This is a Monday to Friday job, with no weekend work, and there are benefits such as a company pension and on-site parking.

Key responsibilities include separating waste grades, operating the industrial baler, maintaining a safe and presentable workplace, maintaining equipment and machinery, and loading baled materials onto lorries (if experienced).
