We’re looking for a confident customer-facing expert to help make a positive impact at our successful Lancashire Region.

Trainee Estate Agent: What this entails

You’ll carry out viewings for our sales properties, always looking for new opportunities to help our customers through our other products and services. You’re someone who loves the buzz that comes from creating life-changing moments, and your passion will shine through when you’re greeting people in the branch, answering the phone or going out and about to different properties. Across everything you do, you’ll need to work in line with our compliance requirements.

You'll be based at one of our busy Fylde Coast branches, learning from our experienced team, gaining a deeper understanding of local market trends and then driving new business initiatives by expertly showcasing the wider Countrywide Group Services to purchase and vendor leads.

We will give you all of the tools and knowledge that you need to be a success!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Salary: £19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
