Role

The role of Relationship Manager here at Endsleigh will involve proactively managing and developing strong working relationships with our insurers and partners to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our customers.

The Relationship Manager will be expected to deliver outstanding customer outcomes in line with Endsleigh’s "Service Excellence Standards", as well as strong commercial performance whilst ensuring effective governance and oversight of the contractual relationships.

The Relationship Manager key accountabilities will include:

• Effective oversight and management of relationships with Endsleigh insurers and partners to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiencies
• Work proactively with colleagues in Sales and Operations to understand and deliver on their service requirements.
• Develop, implement and manage SLA’s across our insurer panel and partners.
• Lead initiatives for sales and service improvements by acting on feedback from partners and internal stakeholders
• Working closely with the Product and Proposition team to support the delivery of new products and implementation of service requirements.
• Act as first point of contact and escalation for partners.
• Support the review and negotiation of partner contracts
• Ensure effective reporting mechanisms in place with all key partners

Person

We are looking for a passionate Relationship Manager with strong networking and communication skills, to aid with building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally.

The Relationship Manager will also have the following;

• Experience in managing third party relationships or operational experience in the implantation and management of service levels.
• An understanding of the insurance market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical and business management capabilities
• A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Problem solving and innovative mindset
