Position Overview & Specifications

The Role
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Data and Insights Officer will be responsible for the management, maintenance and reporting of marketing, sales and customer data at Enable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and using data to assist with accurate and appropriate marketing campaign and sales reporting, identifying trends and assisting with service user insights.

We are seeking an Data and Insights officer with a passion for numbers and using data to inform strategic decisions as well as identifying return on investment. They will need be comfortable working across a variety of platforms, with a variety of service areas whom have individual processes.

This is the perfect role for an experienced Data Officer who is looking for the next step in their career. The role will be responsible for driving change, implementing processes and providing new insights across the company.

The Marketing Team

This is a very exciting opportunity to join Enable’s growing Marketing team who report into the Head of Growth and Branding. No two days are same. You will gain valuable hands-on experience with room for growth and the chance to see tangible output in the not-for-profit sector. The marketing team is a small and supportive team, with a high output and flexible and collaborative approach to work.

Integral to the Marcomms team who report to the Head of Growth and Branding, the Data and Insights officer will work across our varied service areas, in order to streamline processes and analyse trends in order to create maximum impact.

Key responsibilities will include:
Marketing data management: To support the marketing team and service departments to ensure that user data is being effectively gathered. The role will be responsible for pulling marketing data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, WooCommerce, Mailchimp and any other relevant platforms.
Cleansing existing data: and removing any inaccuracies, identifying errors and omissions.
Customer data management: Managing and maintain customer data across Enable. This will be from a variety of sources, including Eventbrite, See Tickets, WooCommerce, Jotform, Mailchimp and others.
Data analytical research and evaluation: Support the marketing team reach their campaign objectives, by managing the data analysis process. Advising on insight and analysis.
Tooling: Ensuring we have the setup in place to track the right metrics, assessing and suggesting new tools if needed and managing relations with our existing analytics.
Forecasting: Using reports and data to calculate sales trends and reports. Produce sales forecasts, updates, charts, analyses, management information and other reports including final reconciliations.
Reporting: Produce campaign reports within agreed timeframes to support an evidence- based culture and refining the campaign management process
Preparing and maintaining appropriate written and digital records and information.
General assistance supporting the marketing teams ability to accurately report marketing campaign success, return on investment and

Skills and experience

Proven track record of creating and maintaining digital reports.
A pro-active approach to the implementation of new processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging written reports and spoken presentations.
Skilled user of digital systems, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and in particular Excel).
Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, streamlining individual processes across a variety of platforms.
Experience of managing, interrogating, and interpreting data systems, and producing analytical reports.
Comfortable developing and maintaining systems for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Happy working as part of a busy and dynamic team, that work in cohesion to reach a common goal.
