Trainee Accountant

You may be a graduate with some exposure (i.e. a sandwich course), or an AAT studier looking for a change of environment, if so, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. The ideal individual for this position will have some exposure to accounts whether this is in Practice or Industry. You'll have an understanding of accounting systems such as Xero or Quickbooks and ideally be looking for an opportunity in which you can study AAT or ACCA.

Responsible for:

• Assistance with the preparation of year-end accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships
• General Bookkeeping
• Working with the outsourcing team and supporting them when required
• Liaison with the HMRC

Required Attributes:

• Studying or looking to study AAT/ACCA
• Some exposure to accounts is highly desirable
• Focused on working in Practice
• Highly organised
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of accounting systems
