Elder Homes is currently recruiting caring, compassionate, and responsible individuals to join our highly valued team of Care Assistants. Salary dependant on qualifications and experience.

As a Care Assistant with Elder Homes, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering a wide range of care services in accordance with the individual goal-directed plans of care for our residents. You will actively promote the dignity, autonomy and well-being of all residents and their families, working in a professional, safe and responsible manner at all times. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to establish and maintain open, supportive relationships with residents, their families and your work colleagues.

Educated to SVQ Level 2 (or equivalent), you must either hold a qualification in the field of Health and Social Care or be willing to start working towards this within your first 6 months in post. Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) is also required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Regular COVID testing carried out on site for all staff. PPE provided. Additional cleaning and sanitisation carried out for all staff.
