Location: Blackburn, BB1 2FA – Office Based

Contract: Part-Time 20 hours Permanent

Salary: £10.65 hour & Bonus Scheme

About the Role…

In this role you will be required to ensure offices, kitchens and toilets are kept presentable and clean. You will need to ensure that correct cleaning products are used and follow the daily cleaning checklist for our head office.

This is a permanent office based position offering a 20 hours contract; we are flexible with preferred working schedules between Monday-Friday, the shift is 1pm-6pm . If you have strong attention to detail, this is your perfect opportunity to apply!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc)
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks
• General cleaning work
• Cleaning canteen areas, toilets and public areas
• Ensure walkways remain clear and free of debris
• Notify management of any repairs required or equipment needed
• Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriately

Candidate Requirements

Experience within a minimum of 1 years cleaning / maintenance role is desired although full training will be provided
Efficient & pro-active, you maximize your working day successfully completing tasks and offering to help others when you can
