We are currently recruiting for a Night Receptionist to join our Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton Hotel, this role comes with forward career progression.

Overview:

• An amazing opportunity to join Edwardian Hotels at our Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton Hotel as a Night Receptionist.

• As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guest, including check and check out procedures and dealing with guest enquires during the night operation.

• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.

About You:

• Previous hotel reception experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.

• Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Guest Plus.

• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.

• Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
