Information Desk Assistant

About the Role

You will be a member of the Faculty of Health, Social Care and Medicine and will work closely with other Information Desk Assistants (based in Ormskirk) and Facilities Management colleagues. You will be expected to adopt a flexible approach to the diverse demands made upon the Faculty’s support team and have a ‘can do’ attitude.

You will be responsible to the School Administration Manager for the day-to-day delivery of outstanding customer service via the Information Desk at St James’ Manchester campus in the Faculty of Health, Social Care and Medicine.

About You

AsInformation Desk Assistant, you will:

• Have experience in front-facing customer service.
• Be a great communicator who is dependable and has excellent time management skills.
• Have a positive approach to work and be able to work independently.
