Eden Brown Synergy are actively recruiting for a number of remote based CHC Nurse Assessors for a rolling long-term contract. Our client, for the past 30 years, have specialised in partnering with continuing healthcare and social care teams to deliver independent, standardised and improved pathways.

EBS are looking for Nurses who hold experience within the Continuing Healthcare setting across a number of registrations with either immediate or 2-4 week availability.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing 5 DSTs over a period of 2 weeks.
• Completion of reviews and checklists over a 2 week period.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships to enhance levels of collaboration and cooperation throughout processes.
• Always providing high-quality support as well as managing complex information, analysis, communications and stakeholder management.
