Position Overview & Specifications
We're looking for friendly, responsible and outgoing individuals to join our team of Bar Staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining good time management with a minimum of supervision. The successful candidates will be required to work 16 hours a week on various shifts throughout the day/ night with the possibility of extra shifts to cover holidays, bank holidays, busy sporting events. Bar Staff are responsible for ensuring efficient service, taking orders from customers, handling cash and providing change, cleaning the bar and kitchen area and creating an appealing environment for customers. You MUST be 18 years old to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to responsible service of alcohol law.
- Act in an ethical manner when dealing with customers and staff.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Duties will include:
- Being Smartly presented
- Serving drinks
- Tidying and clearing tables
- Tidying and clearing bar area
- Keeping stock levels filled
- Handling money and card sales
- Time keeping
- Positive work attitude
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £9.00-£10.42 per hour
