We have an opportunity for someone to join our Corporate Resources finance team. This is an exciting new role which will be mainly supporting the Commercial Office in achieving the Council’s target of increasing income from commercial activities. This role may also provide support to other corporate resource services.

The role provides the opportunity to gain experience in a wide variety of tasks with duties including:

• Baseline all income generating services
• Work with business partners to monitor income generating services on a regular basis and report as required
• Contribute to financial monitoring and reporting on the financial plan
• Support effective financial modelling for income generating services where needed e.g., commercial business plans, new commercial activities
• Maintaining the fees and charges database
• Support for income generating services reviews in line with the Charging and Trading Policy
• Contribute to the income generating services performance dashboards
