Level 3 Healthcare Assistant

Must Have a homecare experience

Manage all aspects of the shift to deliver a service which provides a high standard of care which meets the needs of individual customers.

• Shift management.
• Medication.
• Care reviews.
• Delivery of rotas.
• Compliance with Anchor policies, CQC essential standards and other legislation directly affecting the location and its customers.
• Performance of the care team.
• Identify and report any incidences of poor practice or abuse in line with the safeguarding policy.
• Escalate concerns / issues to Deputy Manager as appropriate.

Expereince

• Knowledge of a care setting and the needs of older people.

• Experience of delivering hands on care.

Qualifications

Care level 3/4

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: £15.00 per hour
