Location: Onsite in London

An Audio-Visual Reseller is seeking an AV Engineer to work onsite at a key customer site in Central London. AV Engineer Role & Responsibilities

As the businesses new AV Engineer, you will be a key part of the team acting as the face of the company, to solve escalated problems onsite. You will have a good understanding of supporting customers directly, have an eagerness to learn, and will have the freedom and trust to manage your own work load. Due to the nature of the client, you will have to be Security Cleared. Additionally, your role will include:

• Working with both Technical and Non-technical staff, you will be the first response to customer issues on their services on site.
• Your key focus is to provide a fast and professional response turning business problems into business solutions.
• You will work in high security environments and interface with members of the public.
• Work closely with and report directly to the Line Manager.

Skills and Experience required for the AV Engineer

• A good understanding of AV and VC Equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting, and programming equipment.
• Have the Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Well Organised, with good attention to detail.
• Have customer liaising experience.
• Work on a day shift basis.
• Must be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical customers.
