Bar and Restaurant Team Member £11.00 per Hour (Live In Available)

We are looking for a Bar Restaurant Team Member to come and join our team.

You will have plenty of responsibilities and opportunities to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.

Experience isn't necessary, we can show you the ropes, but you will need to be able to maintain the standards set and so a good attention to the details is needed.

The bit we can't train is the warmth, the smile, the willingness to learn and the caring attitude you need and those personality traits need to shine through from day one.

About Us

The Dunollie Hotel is set by the serene waterside of Broadford Bay, at the foot of the mountains that lead to the famous Cuillin Hills. With 84 en suite bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, it is perfectly placed to explore an area rich in history across the Isle of Skye.

Broadford derives its name from Old Norse, meaning the wide bay. In later years, legend has it that this was the site where Bonnie Prince Charlie gave the recipe for Drambuie to Clan MacKinnon, to thank the clan for helping him escape to France. So as guests unwind in the restaurant or bar, it would be perfectly apt to sample a wee dram of this historic liqueur.
