Senior Care Assistant - Redditch

We have a great opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant to join fantastic establishment based in the B97 area of Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity with massive growth potential of moving into a management position.

Job Duties

Supervise team of Care Assistants
Monitor Patients
Complete Meds round
Develop and lead activities with service users

Ideal Candidate

MUST have previous experience working as a Senior Care Assistant
MUST have a NVQ level 2
Strong work ethic
Team player
Excellent communication
